Vegan Veggie Wrap Recipe

November is absolutely flying by! Over the weekend, Ben and I celebrated his birthday as well as our 8 year anniversary! (More on those celebrations soon!) Today, though, I’m excited to share a vegan veggie wrap recipe! It’s a quick, simple, and easy recipe that is both delicious and healthy!

I’ve been vegan for 6 months, and I now know I’m able to eat at just 2 restaurants in town. Otherwise, vegan options are pretty scarce. One restaurant has a vegetarian wrap that, without mayo and cheese, becomes vegan! I decided to try a version of my own at home, and this vegan veggie wrap is what I came up with!

Vegan Veggie Wrap Recipe

Vegan Veggie Wrap Ingredients
  • A whole grain tortilla
  • Roasted red bell pepper hummus
  • Organic romaine lettuce
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Pico de gallo
Vegan Veggie Wrap Directions
  1. Chop or dice desired portion of cucumber.
  2. Spread roasted red bell pepper hummus on whole grain tortilla. (You may want to warm your tortilla first, so it doesn’t tear!)
  3. Top with organic romaine lettuce, chopped cucumber, and pico de gallo.
  4. Wrap, and enjoy!
